What if the ammo indicator was expanded to show spell stacks?

A major part of what makes Annie so frustrating is that it's impossible to see how many stacks she has unless the stun is up. I know personally I abuse the fuck out of this by sitting at 3 stacks, then pressing E the moment before I want to throw a stun. Ryze on the other had has the issue of requiring you to click him and check his buff bar to know how many stacks he has, which just isn't feasible in chaotic situations.

How about just adding something like Jhin's ammo bar for these champions to represent their spell stacks? If this ends up being a nerf, then IMO compensation is more than worth the clarity it provides.

You can click annie to see her stacks.

And I thought everyone could see Ryze's stacks just by looking at the graphic under him.

You actually can't. You can only see nothing if she has no stacks, a white icon if she has 1-3, and a solid one if her stun is up.

My problem is that you shouldn't have to be constantly eyeballing an enemy's buff bar to see the most absolutely crucial information. It would be like if the only way to tell Mordekaiser's Q or Yasuo's knockup/passive is up was by checking the buff bar.
