He Still does. consistently over the past 3 months league of graphs data shows.

His midlane hasn't changed varies from worst - 2nd worst. 40-44%/winrate

His toplane is not much better in low elos ( bronze and silver) (gold+ there are significant winrate spikes as you rise in rank)

ADC his winrate is high in bronze and drops the higher rank you go.

Jungle hovers at 53% across all elos.

Lol, no. Don't take him up against an all in champ. Since he lost so much base hp and armor and the armor off his w, and his shield generation is much weaker early, you will get shit on early. Sure you can maybe come back late, but early? They gonna get dat booty.
