Over hyping something that is broken/weak has lead always to over nerfing/buffing which in return causes bigger issues to the overall balance. Naturally Riot always gives into the hype and they always over do it. Like right now OMG ADC SO WEAK when in reality adc arent even that weak id call em balanced actually , not being 3 shot by an adc feels great for a change ,but they still deal significant amount when the support does a great job to allow that to happen.

I'm putting some of the blame on all the shit LoL clickbait YouTubers. I'm so sick of this garbage. I miss the days where they made somewhat educational content and if you wanted to laugh you would watch Dunkey.

Then people act like this absolute dog shit is the end all be all. Do you know how many people defended Camille at launch solely because Gbay made that shit video saying she wasn't OP at all? Lmao she was broken beyond belief and you still had people trying to pull "No she's not! Look at this shitty Gbay video!"

He said her KIT wasn't broken, which it isn't. He did say her numbers were a bit high and if she needed nerfs that's all they would need to hit (aside from the ulti letting a target go on death). Notice how after the nerfs, she hit rock bottom almost instantly.

She's highly determined on numbers. Riot tacked on too much true damage, which in turn meant MOST of her damage came from her 2nd Q. Literally. That's her whole power. That 2nd Q. It's bad by design to put so much emphasis on one part of a kit.
