Or at least make his passive stack a heck of a lot less in URF. Right now it's practically a free win. Every time I see him he either wins or the rest of his team is doing so bad that he loses. Even then I think that was only once.

Plus it's URF there's no need to bother balancing it at all, especially since it has become all random where people won't get Veigar often enough (statistically) anyway. [zombie-brand-clap]

I've seen Veigar quite a bit, and he W'd me once for 1.1k damage, then ulted me for another 1.1k. That's how crazy he is in URF.
