Difficulty of play is a balance factor?

If there is an OP champion that is mechanically very difficult to master and access all their potential, is that balance?

Considering that the LCS is the Alpha and Omega of game balancing. Probably not, though they may dodge some nerfs because a) they make big plays or b) even the LCS is learning him.

The fact that they will not really allow a champ to be OP for an Overt Reason that is entirely them. may be part of the reason why we shifted into a team fight meta. A champ who's strong individually will likely be considered Problematic. But a champ with good skirmish or team fight potential will likely might be a little OP on a team level but only average Individually, or sometime fair on a team level but poor on a solo level.

Not really because no champion (aside from zed, but that's extremely situational) is super mechanically intense, especially since this is only a 4 button game.

13 buttons. Q, W, E, R, D, F, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. 14 if you play adc (A. Well, if you A-click. Tho, who doesn't A-Click?) Not to mention CTRL+1,2,3,4, but that's a diff story. Although you probably don't use 5-7 on the inv slots. even 1-3 is kinda pushing it for some champs. And I have Trinket on T and a lot of other peeps do to. so eh.

No, because once some high lvl player masters the champ, kit difficulty no longer effects him, and you have a player who has no weaknesses.

Everyone has a weaknesses. What do you think they're? Even Faker loses against a Zed with Azir extremely hard, you can't say they have no weaknesses.

I was EUW Diamond 5 in s4 with super high MMR, Every game I played against D2-D1 players and I can say they do super bad mistakes too with even their mains. Watch streams, you will see.

It honestly should be, but it's not

For solo queue, it's usually worth it to play faceroll champs
