Lee is in a bad spot and has been ever since the tank meta. I am thinking i small damage increase on his e at later levels: Tempest: MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+ 100% bonus AD) --> 60 / 95 / 135 / 180 / 230 (+ 100% bonus AD)

This shouldn't really change his early game since you typically max w second.

I say we should buff his Ult ratio from 200 to 300% bonus AD and halve the CD.
