Kai'sa is a better version of Diana and it really bugs me

Hi I'm a Diana main. After watching Kai'sa's first release video I noticed.... that this is litterally a better version of Diana. The passive is nearly the same. The Q has more potential than Diana, her w is SUPER LONG RANGE AND THEN YOU CAN ULT. This is similar to Diana Q/R combo but with a CRAZY ASS RANGE. Then Kai'sa gains a shield (Diana E). And her E grants attack speed and stealth. A much better ability than Diana E. Im pissed. Ive been asking for Diana reworks for ages now and now riot goes and just replaces my main. #RIP

what....Diana is nothing like kaisa and in what way are the passives nearly the same? Diana gets mana and small aoe every three attacks and gets attack speed when using abilities. kaisa does bonus damage with 5 attacks and her build path changes her abilities. in what way is this similar to Diana? and in what way is using w then ult on kaisa similar to Diana q r? Diana can ult whenever she wants but kaisa can only ult if she has hit someone or a team ccs someone

if their abilities do the same thing then yes. Kai'sa litteraly does that same thing but better.

Kai'sa : plasma then dash shield Daina: Moonlight then dash then shield

Diana is a mage technician, Kai'sa is a hybrid carry

Even if their abilities might be similar, they're going to play completely different because one is a diver/assassin and the other is an adc.

Hmmm, I wouldn't go that far with the comparison and I would venture to guess that most Diana mains will not jump ship upon release. With that said, my first thought when I saw the reveal is that it looks kinda like a mix of Diana and Vayne. Also, not accounting for balance issues out of the gate, Diana likely has significantly more burst damage and will maintain a stronger assassin play style but weaker kiting/sustain ADC play style.

I would because riot doesnt give a shit about Diana . They dont even look at her anymore. They just attempt some half ass bandaid fix and leave her feeling clunky as hell like they did to Akali
