That’s why Adc blows. Every other role is online at 1 item. Adc needs 3 to go even.

Now yes, after 4 items Adc starts to become relevant, but games rarely go anywhere near 2 items let alone 4 before the game is decided. And it’s not like they become gods at that point, at 4 items they are slightly above every other champion.

Tl;dr Adc sucks ass due to lack of a decent rush item, and stormrazor is just a bandage.
