You are an idiot. Vayne has true % MAX hp as an entire skill. Kindred has a stackable physical current %hp PASSIVE. The only chase kindred has is Q and vayne has he passive AND her Q

There are tons of champions (21 actually) that deal % Max Health damage. Only Fiora, Garen, and Vayne deal % Max Health true damage.
