Wondering if zac could get a bit of help:
His on-death passive's CD reduce either per level down to 175 seconds at level 18
His blobs slowly move towards zac at the same speed of his on-death passive
During ulti blobs land in the pathing of zac, like draven axes.
Those 3 buffs zac could use and would improve him.
LatticeGrimoire2 votesNo, he is already way too strong. Also, Revive passes are strong no matter what. Maybe this would be a good idea if he did say 1/3 the damage that he does now.

egg passive, its there for balance so it's not abused with 
so you have to kill them twice and theres no counter play.
