How to get 450g with no leash

Señor Karthus··1 votes·775 views

So far I've been successful getting the 450gold AND NO LEASH (it could happen in game for different reasons) with Sejuani Khazix Nautilus Maokai Hecarim doing a route = Red + golems + wolves.

Nautilus Maokai can also = Gromp + Blue + Wolves. What are your experiences with other champions?

Yi or WW golem, red, vulture, wolves, blue, gromp then finally back. Or I back after vultures and continue where I left off. smite golem smite gromp. No need on the others....especially if you back in mid of route

WW or Aatrox don't count since they have unlimited farming.

Elise: Red -> Wolves -> Blue -> Smite gromp (just smite) -> gank top.

Fiddle: gromp -> blue -> wolves -> Red -> counterjungle here and there.

Sorry, no.

But, you should always get a leash.

I'm experimenting without leash because it is the worst scenario. It could happen that you start late because of a bugsplat. Or you got invaded and have to start alone. Or your team are trolls and won't leash. It is not difficult to get the 450 with leash. The problem of this change ishow hard is for some champions to clear 3 camps from the beginning on their own.

I haven't tried leashless, but she probably could. Her Spiderlings make for good early game tanking, and then she gets sustain at level 2.

Adding Maokai to the Red + Golems + Wolves and the Gromp + Blue + Wolves (timing your passive effectively).

Evelynn.

Not my best run on either route shown, so it is not like it requires you to be perfect.

Very nice example. But isn't getting red too excessive since you are basically wasting extra gold you could get by killing red with the tier 2 machete? Just asking in good faith.

In case they increase the cost again, the video shows how to clear as many camps as I can manage without taking Scuttle Crab (if you take it at level 2 starting blue buff side, it takes till about 3:45 to get it and all three camps over there). ;)

Though I think I could do a full clear without backing with both sides, provided the creep movements cooperate; however, going back just for Gromp seems like a big waste of time too me after clearing wolves, blue, and the whole red side.

Whether or not to take both buffs or just one + three other camps is a matter of how likely the other buff is to get stolen or for the enemy jungler to attack you / smite steal when you come for it (presuming that it gives more time for them to learn where you start if they did not already know). And travel time is to be considered if the lane you want to gank is not close to the buff you take second.

you're also wasting time spent waiting for the camp to respawn if you don't kill the 2 main buffs on your first clear.

you're missing exp later.
