Lets take a moment to recognize the most balanced support in the game.

High skill floor
No nerfs since release
Few buffs since release
In a Good spot
Fun to play as
Fun to play against
Overall a positive champion and the best release since Velcro.

I thought we were talking about

premiere support
Fun the play against? No. Trying to actually chase down and kill a bard or his adc is one of the most frustrating experiences in this game. I also love getting initiated on from 3000 units away by his stupid ult.
Most balanced support, I thought you meant
;_;

To be fair, he's not exactly a very old champion.

I agree with the op. He's very fun to play against xD, he makes the game so much different.
I wouldn't say fun to play against.. I often have to laugh because almost every time I've vsed a Bard, it was with a duo adc friend, and we absolutely stomped.
'I feel so bad for that Bard, this is why people think he sucks!'
Jux the bard ult with hourglass
Thuglife
Can't argue with that. Well, you could, but you'd probably be a troll.
Nowhere did you say "fun to have on your team"
Hmmmm?
although braum got nerfed since his release, he is balanced right now
actually, playing against bard isn't fun...not only does he have nearly infinite spam but he's always either there or not there because of chimes and it lets him throw his Q near infinitely
then, once you are passed level 6, he can make a tower completely useless, freeze a minion wave, turn an even fight into an uneven fight or bait you into an ambush in a horrible position that would have otherwise been impossible
oh, and he heals, one of only like 4-5 champs that do so
it's a minimal amount, but still tedious with infinite sustain and good harass early game
then, he's even less fun late game because he can freeze a large majority of either team with his ult, can stun one-to-two people and otherwise contribute very little other than with a highly coordinated team
he isn't very fun to play with or against because everything about him, including his heal...is situational and prone to flawed game mechanics, such as being outside of the radius of his ult but getting stasis'd anyway
or, you stasis the enemy team and no one on your team engages in the free time given
I play bard so damn much i have yet to play him as a support. But i'll take this post as a compliment! <3
I find him quite weird to play against honestly. He never feels like he does anything useful except for denying the enemy kills, and that means you spend the entire game either thinking "Wow he's being so useless right now" or "Wow he's literally not good at anything that isn't annoying".
I don't hate him or anything, he's whatever. I just find playing against him a very strange experience.
not a huge fan of playing with bard (but maybe that's because none of my bards go aggressive...)
