Considering the number of smurfs and boosters, Iron isn't remotely low enough of a minimum

Unless I'm getting trolled by matchmaking, every match seems to have 3-5 players that actually belong in the lowest rung with me and the rest are either smurfs tired of losing to silvers on their main, or boosters suddenly going from a 40% WR to 5 games in a row on with no prior champion experience winning.

Stop allowing such disparate mmr placements in the game, it ruins the experience for everyone involved. In other words,
