8bj2yMEanN3 votesYup, for a while now whenever riot creates/changes a champ they make it so that champ has massive mobility, and then they say that that champ is now defined by their mobility. When riot changed Lucian they said they were making him "THE mobility adc" and a couple months later they came out with a champ who is unarguably more mobile than Lucian, Kalista.

Besides, considering that Riot's in favor of the throwback too kiting mage makes this very much unlikely.
