Rammus Change

Would it be too much to change his W, Defensive Ball Curl, from bonus armor and magic resist to % damage reduction and a small AD boost so he doesnt lose any AD with it?

For example, going from 40/60/80/100/120 armor and magic resist to 25/30/35/40/45% damage reduction and 10/15/20/25/30 attack damage.
