Sylas.
So his training wheel buffs can come off now. He’s consistently instant killing people under turrets with entirely point and click shit now.

with entirely point and click shit now.
He has two point and click abilities, one is just an auto attack enhancer (like Darius's W or Illaoi's W) and the other is his ultimate which doesn't actually do any damage on it's own.
What? His W does damage (extra damage if you're low health) and heals him (extra healing if he's low health). How is that "just an auto attack enhancer?"
It doesn't give him ludicrous range or have the potential to "insta kill" you as the OP stated.
Edit: Also, auto attack "enhancer" generally implies that you get bonuses for using your next auto attack.
But it's still not an auto attack enhancer. It activates his passive, but the ability itself is not an auto attack. It's not his next basic attack does this like illaoi and darius. "Sylas lunges at a target enemy with a powerful strike, dealing magic damage, increased by 50% against targets below 40% health. Against enemy champions, Sylas is healed, doubled if he's below 40% health." It does reset his basic attack timer, but it doesn't make his basic attack stronger. His passive which activates from using an ability makes his auto stronger. Darius gives him extra range, damage, and slow on his basic. "Darius' next basic attack within 4 seconds gains 25 bonus range, deals bonus physical damage and Slow icon slows the target by 90% for 1 second." Illaoi gets extra range and damage on her basic. "Illaoi's next basic attack within 6 seconds gains 225 bonus range and causes her to leap to her target if it's not inside her base attack range, dealing bonus physical damage (Capped at 300 against non-champions) and commanding all Prophet of an Elder God Tentacles in range to attack her target." The only thing consistent between all three of these abilities is that they reset the champ's basic attack timer.
If we're being technical, it's not an auto attack enhancer because it's a seperate ability.
If we're being super technical, it is an auto attack enhancer since it's got a very low range and resets his AA timer.
It activates his passive, but the ability itself is not an auto attack.
Darius' W activates his passive and the ability gains bonus damage/range while slowing... and it resets his auto attack timer.
How exactly is this W different from Sylas' W?
Because Darius has to actually auto attack after activating the ability for the ability to actually do anything. Sylas does not have to auto attack for the ability to do something.

Every auto is empowered after using an ability so he has more like 7 point and clicks.
I was playing velkoz, Sylas used my ult against me... when I was still lvl 5. How the fuck do you steal an ult that I don't have yet.
Because you technically still have an ult. You just can't use it yet. (I would also prefer if this wasn't an interaction though.)

Why? That's like saying no one should have their ult until you do first.
I mean, just because I don't like it doesn't mean I don't understand the reason why it is what it is. Of course I don't like that someone has the potential to use my own ult against me before I can even use my own ult on anyone else. No one in their right mind appreciates that interaction (except maybe the person actually playing the champion). I never said it wasn't a reasonable interaction though. People didn't appreciate zoe being able to steal their summoner's, but she couldn't even take them until after the person used them. However, I understand not being able to use your ult because you're gated by the other person not having access to their ult would not be very fun for the person playing the champ. Especially since that would mean people could just not put a point into their ult at all just because the enemy team has a sylas and the sylas would have to suffer because of it.
