How Veigar's Changes affect Him

I spent maybe 6 hours on the PBE yesterday testing out the changes to Veigar, and while yes, the PBE is full of terrible players that have little idea on how to play, the changes to Veigar don't actually affect him that badly.

First thing to note: his R is currently bugged, the tooltip displays 125 mana at all ranks for his ult, but it actually still costs the old 125/175/225 values.

Veigar's Q farm is amped up SO much. You're hard pressed to not get 120 AP from Q farm by the 25 minute mark now. That's pretty absurd. And honestly since they didn't nerf the AP ratios on either his Q or his W, both of them scale up faster, and deal way more damage.

His E delay actually doesn't hurt him that much, you place it right while they're running, and they still get stunned. I would suggest a slight range increase on the cast range if anything were to get changed, but other than that, his E actually doesn't feel that different, and it actually feels WAY more rewarding to land a stun, because you have to plan slightly ahead.

His W is still perfect for helping prep minions for Q, the only difference is that Q can hit 2 minions in one cast, so you can farm up even faster, reaching your peak damage faster.

I've been able to end games with 700-800 AP before I even finish my builds. And that's in games that last maybe 30-40 minutes. One game that lasted maybe 25-30 minutes I got up to around 700 AP with around 220 AP from Q bonuses (Kills/double AP on large minions/monsters) I was able to nuke whoever I wanted if they got hit by my stun, and I was even landing my stun on the opposing nidalee with out help.

Overall, Veigar hasn't changed that much, and if anything I'd say this is overall a net BUFF to Veigar, especially since it's harder to zone him out from Q farm.
