He is in fact the assassin with the most counterplay in his kit, knowing how to position for his shadow and E, and dodging his razor shurikan skillshots, and also the fact he is difficult to play, while zhonya's and qss can litearly screw up zed's death mark like its nothing.
Alright this is how zed's difficulty bar should be updated into
