I reach lategame more in urf than in normal sr.

That is saying something. In urf lategame is 20 minutes, but at least everyone has full build by that time.

Because you're supposed to...? Games are bloodier and the gold/5 is also upped a lot so I don't really know what the point of this post is.

The game is supposed to be fast paced and you're supposed to get items fast.

I dont think urf would be very fun if it ended in the early/midgame lol think about that :p
