Secret Kassadin Buff Incoming?

Here's why i think so.

In the new kassadin VU(really only a texture update) when you use Q, the particles that you release when you walk which are usually purple, change to blue then back to purple only. (For about 3 seconds)

Maybe a MS buff?

What are your thoughts.
