Stormraider's Surge. Your E is CONSTANTLY on. Your Q and W are on such a short cooldown they are almost always up as well. You just constantly spin with your E and become a meat grinder. I have seriously killed squishy champions in what seems like a quarter of a second. You get a massive amount of move speed from Swiftness Boots, Phage, and Dead Man's as well as Stormraider's to the point the only champions that will ever be able to kite you or you cant kill will be and , but if you manage to flash on them, its lights out.

Anyone else find an sleeper op Urf champs, or this the scariest one?

Garen's E was bugged in URF though. If you pressed E again before your previous one ended, your spin will sometimes tick 2 or 3 times instead of once.

i think garens spin was bugged this weekend.

otherwise, ap udyr was probably the most op. he would just sit there, constantly switching between turtle and phoenix and nonstop refresh his shield to the point where its impossible to deal damage to him.

Katarina Tank item 3111 item 3748 item 3068 item 3065 item 3078 item 3146 Does insane damage while being very tanky. Titanic Hydra has a 4 second CD and with TF you have great burst while having 4500 HP with elixer.

Or at least it would be, if URF wasn't coming back in around a month. I know players have short memories, but we've gone longer than that between patches in the past.

AP MonkeyKing spam that W in teamfights for invisible bombs. People that chase you slowly melt away. You thought Shaco was annoying? Wukong can still fuck you up with constant dash'n'bash spam and the spin to win.

Aurelion Sol. He can spam his stun hard enough to kite Evelynn and Riven to death. You basically win against anything without tons of mobility, and you have a decent chance against anything short of kassadin.

Xerath is also fun if you can stay on the backline.
