I mean, there's so much true damage and %health damage in this game what's the point. Oh, you exhausted the Vayne, Yi, etc? Too bad you're still taking true damage lol.

When the true damage comes out less often, less instances of it occur. Meaning less true damage.

Champs like vayne and yi are the entire reason this exists. It massively cuts their damage output. Very useful spell and frequently used by people who actually think about matchups.

I agree completely, it has shut down tons of fed ADCs and saved countless fights.
