Having this wonderful adc at the moment in a ranked game who is 0/8/0 at minute 15.

Will she be punished for inting or : "everyone has a badgame"

It depends on what she is doing. If she is literally just running down lane and dying then yes

If she is just having a bad game, no.

At the moment...so, you're on the boards flaming this person actively while the game is still ongoing.

Let me put it this way: I just recently called for and actually had someone graciously give me the results of an experiment to see how many times you can die in 20 minutes if you're trying to. The answer was "between 22 and 29" but I rounded it to 30 as an absolute worst case scenario.

In order for KDA alone to prove intentional feeding, you're going to have to have more than 30 deaths in a 20 minute game. (an average of about 6 deaths per 4 minutes). And VERY rarely are people going to reach that extreme...so it's more up to Riot (or namely, their system) to determine from their chat logs and the locations and conditions surrounding their deaths if they're being toxic and in need of a punish, or if they're indeed having a bad game.

8 deaths in 15 minutes is a decent amount...but it's far from inting levels. That's "I'm getting buttfucked in this matchup" levels. Though if they're flaming, they may still get a rap for that. As may you, for going afk in game to post flame on the boards.
