Can we add a Cold Steel rune?

I'd like at least SOME counter to certain attack speed focused champions who delete you in 2 seconds without you being able to react other than don't be in their general vicinity, and be glued to your teammates without being forced to build randuins omen or frozen heart, plus you removed the attack speed slow from exhaust, which COMPLETELY negates it's use against at least one of those champions, due to also having true damage which also negates the 40% damage reduction. Side note, I'm not actually complaining about Yi, but the fact that exhaust doesn't work on him is kind of frustrating, and he is a champion that I'd like to have an alternate option for cold steel on.
