Since it's an assasin meta, and everyone is complaining about how op zed/talon/lb/rengar/idk are, why isn't these anti-assasin champions getting played?

champions like kayle, yorick, zilean can provide very good peels against any sort of assasination. (not gonna put kindred in there since she is kinda popular) some ap champions like ekko has also very safe laning with mobility and selfpeel.

so instead of posting all these QQ thread about how op X champion is, we should try out these guys and counter-assasinate the enemy assasin.

(my personal favourite is ekko, great selfpeel and utility fir the team.)

As a Yorick main, I know this is a very strong approach and solution, but people don't know how to play with a Yorick on the team. Sometimes the same for Kayle, at least for the level of players who are complaining.

The only thing about Kayle that's even good against say Zed or -input assassin- is her ult, Zed can actually kite her pretty easely since his shurikens/shadow-shadowslash outrange her enchanted autos. She was an ok pick against him in season 5, I doubt she can keep up now that Zed an has an extra ult on an item. Haven't tried Annie against the new Zed yet. Maybe she's good maybe she's not, what do I know.
