Hitting Lee, Thresh, Zed, Vayne and Riven with some hard nerfs

All these champions have lead their role and nothing noticeable has been done to them for 2 years, meanwhile whenever another champion gains the popularity of these champions, oh boy, the set of nerfs they will receive will knock them down to a less then 2% pickrate how dare other champions think they could be as good as these ones

thresh numbers can't be tweaked, his kit is just cancer lee zed and riven are fine i guess? whatever nerfs are surely welcome vayne is retarded and broken atm

People have learned to live with them. You can get used to anything. Out of those you've mentioned Vayne is silly broken, Riven is a little op, and the rest are fine.
