Wasn't Zyra a part of the mid-year Mage update?

The different champs need different amount of work and some peopel are involved with several champs. Repertoir for exampkle has only done stuff on malzahar sofar, but nothing public on Cassiopeia.

Please don't mess her up too badly.

I mostly like my main the way she is. Most of what I want are bug fixes and a new passive.

Zyra mains have had to wait each week hoping our champ would be the next to be posted in the Dev Corner...

Now it's taking significantly longer than any other Dev update (between the previous mage) to be posted

I'm actually starting to have this internalized hatred for Vladimir from seeing his name instead of Zyra every time I check Dev Corner.

It's just not up yet. It'll be there eventually.

Y'know...I was really excited initially about Zyra getting some work. Preseason and a lot of recent balancing changes really killed that excitement. Frankly, I just don't trust them with mages. Riot is obviously ok with mages being shit for years on end, but they're also ok with shipping totally broken OP cancer and looking the other way.

I really don't want either of those things to happen, but I especially worry they'll fuck her up and then pull a CassioSona. Remember the "massive buff" from the plant AI changes that did nothing to fix broken plant targeting priorities? And the reverted .5 second knockup duration on her ulti that was just too powerful? Clueless comments about her winrate in a vacuum. and aren't even listed as recommended items. Riot totally lacks any understanding of Zyra, her players, or how she functions in any given meta.

On the bright side, Riot has managed to give themselves lots of room to succeed with my expectations being as low as they are. Just think about all the most recent reworks: . Does anyone really want Zyra to be pick/ban cancer, inherently unbalancable, objectively bad, or totally unrecognizable? If not, why do you think that's not going to happen?

I saw something about a diver's update? I think a example of that was Aatrox...Think we can set for a more aggresive Kayle? With more use of her wings? Just a thought.
