my last promo game results in their enemy jungler ganking me 9 times diving me three times and in me still winning lane and decimating the enemy anivia in farm and gold. my jungler was 0-3-0 and didnt get A SINGLE FUCKING GANK OFF.

The moment you get mad when someone makes a 'mistake' that you saw wasn't. That's when you lose.
You're not in control of others and how they play. You get some bad games, you get good games. I'm sure you've had games where enemy team had AFKS as well. That's Life. What goes around, comes around.
As for getting ganked, shot call and orient your team then or simply ward up and take precautions...
You already know the answers to your problem. No need to complain more.
