Tbh now having to play with the lower riff-raff again in ranked completly killed all motivation

The reset has come, and lo and behold, a player who mains plays tanks and supports, who usually wants to trust his team that they know what they are doing, is now considering quitting this season before it has even begun. Sure Platinum was not the highest high of what one could achieve, but now having to deal with silvers is just psychological torment.

Every game today has been more or less a coinflip to the point where to keep my sanity I just picked random shit and trolled more or less. You get 10 kills as adc on bot? In 20 minutes? Doesn't matter, the enemy Twitch jungle has now a whopping FIFTEEN KILLS thanks to mid and top showing zero learning process whatsoever. Hmm Kassadin, you tried to all-in him three times now and he killed you every time. Maybe you should start doing something el - aaand he died again. Camille Top dies 3 times to Darius in 5 minutes and ragequits without a word. People apparently don't even know what their champions do from the looks of it. Seeing an OLAF stun locked out of all champions is clearly a rare sight. And what are team compositions even? And all startegy aside - if you could actually play Fiora on a level that would benefit this team you would not be on this ELO, I assure you that. So PLEASE pick something appropriate to your skill level! Aaaand here comes the insta-lock. Bonus points for the jungler who never ganks anywhere but still misses every single Dragon and Herald...

Literally every single champion I can play, mostly tanks and supports (Shen, Sion, Soraka to name what might be my best three) is now just hell to play. It was not enough that Riot shifts the game more and more away from everything that's not DAMAGE MORE DAMAGE, nope, now playing my favourite champions now also rips my brain apart by having to rely on teamwork with a bunch of illiterate failures who can't think beyond their next CS.

You know, that's it. LoR comes out on Sunday, might as well spend my time there - Multiplayer with friends is now on Apex Legends. Mostly because flame doesn't exist for me there (communications goes 99% over pings). They say Platinum is toxic - but there is a key difference, as in Plat people give each other shit for stuff that happens ingame. Meanwhile today in one evening at least two individuals asked of me to die of cancer, one called me an autist (which I am but I guess it was meant as an insult), and also there was one following the hallowed online-tradition of claiming to have sexual intercoure with my mother.

I just... can't do that anymore. This was the first day, and by my experience it doesn't get any better from here on.

Riot, you better hurry up with whatever other games you have in the pipeline and take League behind the shed for a quick and dirty ending.
