Amumu cinderhulk or runic echos

I am want to get into bronzodia aka amumu. He's an ap tank. The new meta on ap tanks is ruinic echos sunfire cape. I also want to know if it's good on malphite or rammus since they scale with ap and armor and there are only 2 items that give HP and armor. That's only like an extra 220 HP on cincerhulk with those items not including your base hp. Total is 550 which adds up to 4k hp. Echos is 60 ap. If you look at amumu, it's a bigger case since he goes liandrys and abyssal scepter/zhonyas and the rest is tank .

I love amumu, he is too much CC. This is my usual build item 1402 - Runic Echo .. AP + Speed + Smite ( true damage) if you can take item 1414 for on AA true damage. item 3110 or item 3025 ( depending upon enemy team comp) - 20% CDR + mana + Armor item 3174 or item 3165 - 20% CDR + AP ( mana regen+ MR or more damage) item 3143 - Must have against AD/ Crit team. item 3102 or item 3001 - If enemy team has no burst damage and nothing to really negate then scepter else viel is awesome. item 3009 or item 3020 - Based on build path I get item 3047 or item 3111 first and replace them.

item 2139 - TRUE DAMAGE.

All said, I have been having <40% winrate in solo Q. Lack of communication and fear makes everyone run away and me wasting my CC for nothing.

edit: I go MAX CDR with strength of the ages Mastery ( that's 345 hp). Used to go item 3116 + item 3151 but opted for CDR so that I can use Q & R as often as I can.
