Is anyone else sick of seeing fresh 30 accounts with 5 wins over losses in Diamond?

For anyone unaware, you get a fresh account to level 30 and do placements with a high Diamond player. You then only need 30-40 games with 50% win rate to hit Diamond V, because it places your initial MMR into Diamond.

Is anything even being done to prevent this in the next season? These players are toxic almost 100% of the time, and very likely evading a ban.

can you even duo with someone being in diamond while unranked? because the start of the season my cousin is masters and smurf d3 his smurf placed plat 1 later getting diamond so we could duo my mmr up but it wouldn't let us duo for the solo fact im unraked. i was plat 3 the season before so we could duo normally just couldn't due to me being unranked :o maybe it has changed
