Someone need to explain the "Bailout" thing to me

FOR DOING NOTHING, YOU GET 9.5 gold per 5 seconds ⇒ 10.2 gold per 5 seconds BAILOUT After 12 minutes, the 2 members of each team with the least gold at any given moment gain an additional 2 gold per 5 seconds (increasing by 0.1 per minute)

So that mean that support now would get 12.2 gold per 5 second after 12 minutes (Unless someone else in the team is doing horrible or something)

Is that too much?

Supports can always use a bit more gold.

It's normalizing support income so by 15 minutes in the support doesn't only have one completed item (Typically a sightstone and pieces of another.)

I'm for pretty much anything that will make supports more relevant. I hope junglers will be more relevant in S6, too.
