I'm currently playing and having creeps stutter left and right, get delayed damages and morgana binds passing right through creeps. Only because my ping increased to 130 unlike other times where its 110.
If 20 ping creates such a big difference already, I don't think you can call it "refined".
Edit: A morgana bind just passed right through our Amumu. 10/10.

Ye, issues that I didn't have before the SR update, must be me.
Must be me that Riot's services become worse with time.
They can't even have my icon loaded properly on the boards 100% of the time, totally me.
