Why does surrender at 15 have to be unanimous?

the score can be 0-15 and someone will still vote no.

Don't get why you got down voted, the only time people want to ff at 15 in the first place is when the game is 0-15 so when that one dude says no and says "guys we scale" he really does deserve a slap in the face.

I think it's because people recognize my name from old posts and will down vote me on that alone, which is a sad state that the community is in.

I think there are just people in 'new' section of gameplay downvoting everything. Which is even more sad.

If I am learning a new champion and we are 0-15 then I am voting no. I want to learn the mechanics and abilities etc so how can I do that if we just surrender.. And before I get flamed for this comment and someone tried to tell me to play bots, that is not happening. LOL

Because people give up too easily, and early surrenders should only be reserved for games that are a complete train wreck by 15 minutes. If you wind up just losing first blood/first tower, that can get made up with smart play.

I agree with you here and I usually don't surrender in that case. I just hate those games where like I said it's 0-15 in score and someone has to press no. If riot will let a bunch randoms Que together than the unanimous really just ruins it for the other 4 people that want to surrender.

if people are in a party of 4 and just farming ip, this could be cancer for solo queue players that are actually decent that could potentially carry games later on.

Because people will surrender for the stupidiest shit sometimes.

You losing one or two towers is not grounds for a forfeit for crying out loud. Loosing all towers at the 15 minute mark is a completely different story. You can even recover from someone being fed if you play it smart. But let's face it... most players don't play smart when the enemy is fed, they just tilt hard.

Doesn't matter you chin, if 4 people out of 5 think it's time to surrender then the one guy can go fuck himself.

Then wait five minutes and surrender at 20.

By then my keyboard will be smashed and I will be even more tilted for next game. What is the point of having a ff at 15 vote if there's always that one retard? I could understand a unanimous vote for FF at 5 or 10, but at 15 it is not always hard to tell with sound judgement your odds of winning a game.

A smashed keyboard by then... dude how bad are these games you are in?

some game are just bad beyond space and time, where your whole team gets fucked and they got 3 towers at 10 mins, and some mongrel still wants to drag it out. I do not even care if there is a chance they throw, sometimes you just do not deserve a win

If I think we have 10%+ of winning but teammates are tillted and want to ff,being able to stop a surrender is a way of showing ur teammates u have a chance or if not u will ff at 20.

I think everygame is pretty much 40%+ chance of winning. It's just that on games where one lane is doing decent and one lane is doing horribly it's too much of a risk to rely on one person to carry especially of the person doing well is a mage. It's fine if you want to vote no, but the fact that 1 person ruins the game for the other 4 is a bit too much.

Reddit hive mind at work basically. It doesn't matter if you have a constructive question as long as it doesn't fit someone's views it's insta downvote without reading/commenting.
