Is something wrong with ranked LP gain at the moment?

Hi, I just played a game of ranked flex and when my team won I only received 11 LP. This is far lower than the amount of LP I usually get and the Fizz on my team also claimed to get 14 LP. We were both confused why we got so little. Is loss prevented enabled? Not sure why else LP gain would be so low.

Teams were as follows: My team: Lucian Silver 1 (Me) Nocturne Silver 1 Fizz Silver 5 Braum Silver 1 Pantheon Gold 2

Their team: Chogath Unranked Vi Bronze 1 Zed Gold 2 Soraka Silver 4 Xayah Silver 3

loss prevention is in effect due to rank being down... due to issues with client/server

so therefore those who lost lose no LP and those who won only got half
