You didn't really address the biggest annoyance about the item, that being the pain in the ass getting stacks in the mid game is, due to pushing the wave hard being more preferable than stopping to wait for the support to auto each minion for a stack. Or just people forgetting that the support has relic shield in the first place.

good point. in one video, a Brazilian player (Pato Papão) had item 3302 he was crying out loud to get a few minions (in especial the cannon) using the spoils of war passive. but, if I remember well, riot has chance it, along with item 3301 and item 3303 passive
