heimerdinger's rockets with thunderlord's decree please patch.

so laning against heimerdinger I did what I always did, focus down the turrets soon as he places them and wait for him to fall off endgame, but it was significantly harder for me when I saw he was packing thunderlord's decree (as was I.) I didn't think much of it until he started firing his rockets at me, every time it would trigger the burst, and I thought he was just setting it up while I wasn't paying attention, but then bot roamed in and he just picked them off with one rocket shot each and forced them to back. so what I came out with is each of his rockets counts as a spell, and he's able to proc it all at once long range, with no effort and one spell. It should be changed so only the first rocket that hits procs the effects of this mastery, as my understanding of it is it encourages staying in trades for longer durations to get it off, but him being able to do this is just disgusting IMHO, and makes it essentially the best mastery for him to pick up.

Yes and it procs item 3092 on each missile, up to 45 bonus damage and gold :D

This definitely sounds like an oversight. I suggest Bug Reports.

Each rocket counts as a seperate spell hit. In turn, he has to land 3 rockets, which is a pretty small linear skillshot. He's honestly more scary with Deathfire Touch, imo.

small, but fast, and long range. all a good heimerdinger needs to do is clump the rockets somewhat and he'll be able to burst a third of most squishies' health at any point in the game, even without any ap to go off of. also I was in a rush when I posted this, I had to work pretty soon, I dunno if threads are movable or if I'll have to repost this.
