Leashing jg with this idea? Is that really what you think will happen? There will always be a 5 man fight at drag level 1 every single game.

you sit there and auto while your jungler tanks it, then you leave, go to lane, and at most miss 1 or 2 creeps

Wouldn't that just incentivize ganking immediately? Jungler would be level 2 at 1:38 before laners have even started farming, could make for a very cheese-centric metagame.

Nosmite leash and insta-kill dragon as it spawns? Sounds like an absolutely terrible idea.

Well - than the JGL Smites Blue and THAN expects some help at Gromp since you'd still had time to hit it one or two times before loosing a minion on lane! xD
