Issues with Fiora's parry?

There are some issues with the ability that make it really difficult to play Fiora in certain matchups. The most egregious being Pyke's R being able to bypass the invulnerability and execute her in Parry. Moreover there's inconsistencies regarding how champions using marks work, for example;

• Using W against a Kennen stacking his passive will prevent Mark of the Storm from stacking altogether, making it impossible to parry hard CC against him.
• Using W against Vayne when she's about to proc Silver Bolts will let the third mark hit, but it will deal no damage.
• Using W against Brand's spells will prevent their damage, but Blaze counters will still stack on Fiora meaning that she cannot prevent him from detonating his passive.
• Using W against Braum's Concussive Blows's 4th mark will trigger the hard CC counter and consume the mark.
• Using W against Irelia's Flawless Duet will trigger the hard CC counter and not leave a mark on Fiora.
• Using W against any of Akali's spells will still trigger Assassin's mark, even if Fiora technically didn't get damaged her abilities, going against what is written in the tooltip.

I'm skipping many other examples, but you see the point... there is basically no way to tell how Fiora's parry will interact with any given ability since the effects are super inconsistent, making certain matchups are much bigger headache than they should be. Can someone at Riot please look into this?
