I mean why doesnt it already proc on towers it would be good and it will force draven players to go for OBjectives more than just killwhore the enemies. It will also be fun to get 1300gold with 1st blood tower and aroud 250 stacks xD

You want my name1 votesoh his passive procing on towers would be too good. Draven getting a first blood with more than 100 stacks already puts him really far into the lead. it just wouldnt be fair if he could take your tower then get all that bonus gold
dominusx1 voteswhy not draven is solely picked to hardcore rolfstomp laning phase once he falls behind he is one of the most uselss ad since his teamfight potential isn't great even Vayne is better when she falls behind because of her true dmg. add to the fact that he has low utility and only a small telegraphed knockback yeh... maybe you can reduce the gold value or make it only cash in 100stacks maximum something like that.
