With deathfire and warlords out of the picture, Jhin currently stands at a 47 percent winrate. The problem is that the keystones in precision requires you to hit the target constantly, domination is for burst champs. Sorcery on the other hand has its own problems. Aery is strong on almost any champ and will be nerfed, comet is very unreliable.
Just hoping that they will change or add keystones. I am feeling left behind.

redniwediS3 votesWhen I think of a burst champ I think of Leblanc or Annie, someone who blows all or most of their cooldowns in one go to absolutely destroy someone. To me not only is Jhin not a burst champ, but neither is Lucian.
Jhin and Lucian are definitely on the bursty end of the marksman spectrum, even though they go about dealing the damage in different ways.

Are good for him.
And unsealed spellbook is good for literally everyone, and you get more stats for going inspiration primary anyway.
Although, as you said, they are nerfing Aery already, and comet depends on your level of distaste with failure rates.

In all seriousness, Summon Aery+Scorch is good, Electrocute is good, Fleet of Foot might be good in future, Comet is decent, Dark Harvest has high snowball potential and Kleptomancy can be used for the short time that it's busted.
With that said, Predator is still incredibly underrated right now, and depending on your playstyle it might do wonders for you since it gives a lot of incentive to roams and snowballing.
