11/12 PBE Update

> Quinn > Blinding Assault (Q) > Renamed to Blinding Assault from Aerial Assault > [damage changed to 15/45/75/105/135 from 20/45/70/95/120 ] > [AP Ratio increased to .5 from .35] > [Total AD ratio increased to 0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1/1.2 from 0.7/0.75/0.8/0.85/0.9] > [looks like damage bonus based on missing health removed] > [appears to now reduce their vision - "and reducing its vision radius dramatically for x seconds"

I remember RiotRepertoir saying that he thought about reducing vision for Quinn's Q instead of blind and here it is. I wonder how this will go.

Wait...so this means they lose map vision also or just vision around them?

Either way that's pretty cool. I'm interested to see how it will work.

I assume it will work like graves' smoke cloud or nocturne ult etc.

That. Sounds. AWESOME.

Probably not going to go to live if Meddler thinks she needs a nerf. The most hated rework that everyone thinks is underpowered needs a nerf. I'm. just. done.

Vision denial comp incoming: graves top, nocturne jungle, quinn adc or mid

nice, nice... and the damage while not being as good as current Q will still be pretty decent, i'd say. At max lvl it's roughly equivalent to current Q against a target at 70% HP. At lower levels is a bit weaker. I think it's a good change, it makes quinn more interesting.

That would actually be pretty cool.

I might even play Quinn if it goes live
