Soraka, right? Fucking broken. Not only can you build but you can also use the practice tool to turn on infinity resources and infinity cooldowns. Absolutely fucking broken. Free sustain and free damage, sustain for all of his teammates. And you wonder why the SR is so horrendously hideously stupendously broken all the time, it's because you don't factor in the fact that you can just turn on god-mode.

We need a new balance team, and we need it now. League if dying.
