Tried to land my stun zoning tool against Vayne today. She predicted it and proceeded to BM me with ctrl+4 for .75(delay)+.5(casting time) seconds before tumbling into the cage and then melting me. He's not just weak now, he is down right anti-fun to play with. His kit feels so wonky.
