Willing to wait whatever time necessary to get people who aren't extremely obtuse and have no idea what they are doing. The game I have been getting in have been much more enjoyable. I'm glad people who don't take the time to learn at least 1-2 champs in all positions to some degree can't play COMPETITIVE RANKED. Leave them to normals/Teambuilder, in ranked, you should have to know what you're doing.
