Do you think there might be a problem when 8/10 champions in a game are often building Swiftness?

10/10 Champions built Boots of Speed, and take Flash. Should probably fix that problem first before moving onto the 8/10 or 9/10 items.

V6.4:

Movement speed bonus reduced to 60 from 65.

V6.3:

Total cost increased to 900 Gold from 800 Gold.
Combine cost increased to 600 Gold from 500 Gold

They are not overpowered.

I used to build it before it became popular... no, this is not "I built it when it was cool".

Back then it was cheaper and gave more speed. Now it's 100 gold more and gives 15 extra speed instead of 20. It's garbo.
