His absurdly bad 1v1 makes him fodder for any bursty champion in lane, preventing him from reaching a point where he can contribute to team fights. If he's not fed, any AD caster can literally eat his shurikens and just life steal through the damage. Alternatively, any tanky top laner can just sustain through it.
Can we buff his 1v1 so he doesn't get shit on by literally anything with a Hexdrinker or any amount of life steal?

Yenn1 votesPlaying mid vs. Zed. I'm up 15 CS, I force him out of lane, we both recall at 5. He gets level 6 just before I do and immediately all-ins me. He kills me through Armguard from 100% health and gets out with ~65%. Even if I had my ult, he would have been able to kill me and get out alive.
After that, the enemy Vi ults me under my tower every time it's on cooldown. They both eat my entire ult + tower hits and still get out alive.
Later on, our ADC comes mid and denies me almost all CS. I can't wave clear or I'll get caught and die, and I can't last hit more than one / wave over the ADC.
I get a couple of full ults off on the entire enemy team, and their ADC just ignores my damage and life steals through it.
This champion is fucking terrible. Fix him.
