Tahm Kench has 3 sec cooldown on E on PBE ( all ranks )

It's also going to be a much smaller shield since less damage is converted

They're nerfing the guy, not azir'ing him

He's becoming more sustain/defense-oriented and getting a longer duration on his stun at the cost of losing a lot of damage and getting his stun made more difficult to chain.

Unless I'm missing something, there's way more being done to him and it's not just a straight CD buff.

If I'm wrong, someone please correct me because I didn't see anything in the usual spots.
