Why do Iverns not upgrade their jungle item into a Trackers Knife???

costs 1000 gold, you can basically complete it on your first back, and then you have 2 wards every time you back with which to help cover your lanes or get deep vision on the enemy jungle. You don't have to add an enchantment, but having another source of wards is huge for a team, and frees up another spot for a sweeper/blue trinket.

I ask because i see pro players even forgoing trackers knife. Is getting to redemption 1-2 minutes earlier really that important on Ivern??
