Fix Taric top w/relic + Yi Jungle
Until then we have to waste a ban on Taric every game.
Monster hunter isn't stopping it. Give relic the spellthief treatment, stacks delayed on killing minions til it's completed.

DuskDaUmbreon1 votesHow tf would delaying stacks on killing minions work on the support item that requires you to kill minions? That'd be like Spellthief's delaying stacks because you hit an enemy champion.
Z3Sleeper1 votesIf you don't proc relic on a minion kill, it gets delayed. Make sense? Removes the ability for someone to go top with relic, farm the wave and then later also give relics to the jungler.
